THE ARK FOUNDATION

The Ark Foundation provides a safe haven and compassionate care for distressed, marginalized, and abused individuals, particularly women and children.

We empower residents to reclaim their strength, dignity, and hope through comprehensive social services and a nurturing environment. Since 1999, we have served over 5,000 clients and reached over three million people with outreach and education on sexual and gender-based violence.

Notably, The Ark's Shelter is the first and only operational women's shelter in Ghana.

Some of our initiatives include;
• School Sensitization Program
• Partnership with CETRAP
• The Shelter Charity Shop
