STATE HOUSING COMPANY - KOFORIDUA

This is the Eastern Regional Office of the State Housing Company Limited (SHCL).

The State Housing Company Limited (SHCL) is a government-owned enterprise with deep expertise and credibility in the housing industry. Established originally as the Gold Coast Housing Corporation, we provide homes and estate management services to government agencies, local authorities, developers, and private buyers. We operate with a commercial approach, offering competitive property deals and practical maintenance services. Our long-standing experience, local knowledge, and close client relationships allow us to deliver projects that uphold our core values.

Additionally, SHCL offers an Affordable Housing Scheme for government workers. We invite employees of government agencies and departments to take part in this program, which helps salaried workers buy homes from us at an affordable price with a long-term payment plan.
